Manganaro Midatlantic, LLC Announces Promotions

Beltsville, MD, January 1, 2018: Manganaro Midatlantic, LLC is proud to announce the promotion of several members of its senior management team as well as the addition of a new construction executive to its team. Tom Vagrin, Manganaro Midatlantic CEO has this to say about the changes: “I have the utmost confidence that the new Manganaro Midatlantic senior management team will continue the rich tradition that has made Manganaro an award winning subcontractor over the last 60 years.” 


Westley Douglas becomes president of Manganaro Midatlantic, LLC. A native Washingtonian, Westley brings more than 22 years of experience in architecture and construction, (18 years with Manganaro), to his new position. He will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s activities, including leadership on company strategy, culture and achieving business goals. He will oversee the company safety plan, manage and direct marketing plans, company policies, procedures and administrative functions. Douglas has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Hampton University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

 

George Ralli is now Director of Operations – Project Management for Manganaro Midatlantic. Ralli provides leadership to our project management teams to insure the execution of every project meets our core values of delivering the highest possible standards of professionalism, quality and customer service. He has more than 35 years of experience in the commercial construction field in estimating, project management, scheduling and supervision of field forces, business development and corporate management.

 

Jonathan Lane becomes Director of Field Operations. In his new role, Jon will oversee the onsite operations across all of Manganaro Midatlantic’s product lines, managing the distribution of our labor forces and coordinating with our clients and other project partners. Lane has been with Manganaro since 2003. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

 

Dan Dinger has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer for Manganaro Midatlantic. Dan received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the Pennsylvania State University and has worked as an Audit Manager at a nationally recognized public accounting firm focusing on government; construction accounting and employee benefit plans. Dinger has held the Controller position with Manganaro since 2013.

 

Allan Emby joins Manganaro Midatlantic as a Construction Executive. Allan brings a wide range of experience to his new position. Originally from Toronto, Allan has worked in diverse markets across the western and midwest United States. He has worked over 29 years in construction materials supply and contracting, including ready mix concrete, commercial insulation, spray fireproofing and drywall contracting.
